Coached by Experienced athletes + high level coaches this class is strength and conditioning that is made up of constantly varied functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.

Functional Bodybuilding is a training system that prioritises quality of movement over intensity. Bodybuilding and cardio methods of movement are used to help members look good and feel good. we will focus on upper, lower and full body In each day

GYMNASTICS

Gymnastics and callisthenics can be scaled for anyone. The class will focus on teaching you skills and giving you guided practice on those skills. Some skills you will practice are handstands, muscle ups, handstand pushups, pull-ups, forward rolls, toes to bar, core control, and much more!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Learn and improve your technique in the snatch and clean & jerk.

Small group personal training to suit levels from complete beginner to intermediate to advanced competitive weightlifter.

Our expert coaches will guide you through the fundamentals of movement and technique, helping you to build a strong and technically sound Olympic lifting practice.
